Nets

Please, check in to one or all of our round table nets on Thursday or Friday evenings.

On Friday our 10 meter SSB net is at 8:00 p.m. on 28.490 MHz USB.  If by chance you tune into the 10 meter net and do not hear the Net try tuning down to 28.485 MHz and then up to 28.496 MHz.  As with any simplex Net always tune to the frequency of the Net control station.

Our 2 meter FM net follows at 9:00 PM on our repeater at 145.390 MHz with a 600 kHz minus offset and a CTCSS (PL) of 127.3 Hz.

  •  Two meter preamble/script
  •  Fusion Net Preamble
  • Yaesu Fusion Digital Net.
The Milwaukee Radio Amateurs' Club hosts an informal Yaesu Fusion Digital net every Saturday night at 7:00 P.M. Central time on the 145.390 W9RH repeater. The net is geared towards the new Yaesu digital mode radios but analog FM users are encouraged to check in and join the discussion. Anyone interested in the Yaesu Digital radios can get first hand information from current users and voice their opinions.
